Alternative headache remedies

Headaches are the worst. They come at the most inopportune times and can last for what feels like a week. You might not always want to take medication to help it, or you can’t take medication, so here are a few alternatives and books that can help you with your headaches.
You can try smelling lavender oil or putting it on your skin, you should never ingest lavender oil. Peppermint oil is also very effective when it come to quelling a headache. You can also put a cool compress on your face. If you wanted you could even put a few drops of lavender or peppermint oil on the compress.
